In order to write a good essay, we should, as Mr. Zhang said, have an excellent command of over 2,000 frequently-used English words. It’s necessary and useful for us to read or even recite more beautiful English articles. Besides, as the saying goes, “Practice makes perfect”, so we should take every possible chance to write in English.
According to my personal experience, keeping a diary every day is a good means to achieve the aim. I hope Mr. Zhang will advocate it in our class.
